Ingredients

* 1 cup butter, melted

* 2 cups sugar

* ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

* 4 large eggs, lightly beaten

* 1 tsp. vanilla extract

* 1½ cups all-purpose flour

* ½ tsp. baking powder

* ½ tsp. salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 . Stir together melted butter, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until blended. Combine flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cocoa mixture. Pour into a lightly greased, aluminum-foil-lined 13- x 9-inch pan.

2. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour before cutting it into squares.

Ingredients

* 1.3 kg chicken wings

* 1 2 cup margarine or butter

* 1 cup soy sauce

* 1 cup brown sugar

* 3 4 cup water

* 1 2 teaspoon dry mustard

* 3 4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Directions

1. Arrange wings in a shallow baking pan. Heat butter, soy sauce, sugar, water mustard and garlic powder until butter and sugar melt.

2. Pour the cooled mixture over the wings and marinate for at least 2 hours.

3. Bake the wings at 375F for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours, turning occasionally. (Use the plumpest chicken wings you can find; if your market has scrawny ones, don’t cook longer than 75 minutes)

4.Drain on paper towels and serve.
