It has been a while since the Pakistani-Dutch singer gave us something to shake a leg at - his last offering ‘Satisfya’ in 2013 disappeared from the charts without a trace – but his fans (if there are any still around) will be happy to know that after two years, the man is back with ‘Imaginary’.
Produced by Eren E like most of Imran’s famed tracks, ‘Imaginary’ is a typical Imran Khan number. There aren’t any peppy, fast beats like ‘Ni Nachle’ but it picks off a similar beat as ‘Amplifier’. Imran’s vocals may not have evolved but his personal style certainly has; he has gotten rid of his razor sharp, spiked hairstyle to go for slicked-back long locks tied into a pony tail. In short, he is unrecognizable.
With a signature club track vibe and cheesy Punjabi lyrics, ‘Imaginery’ is destined to become the next big thing at local weddings even if the song lacks the kind of sensational impact his earlier songs made. The video is available on the singer’s official Facebook page, in case you’re interested.
Shah Rukh Khan buys another cricket team
Shah Rukh Khan is not content with owning just one twenty20 cricket team. 
The actor and producer, known for his dynamic business vision already co-owns Kolkata Knight Riders, one of the most successful and popular teams featured in the Indian Premier League (IPL) annual Twenty20 tournament. And now, King Khan has put his money behind the Trinidad & Tobago franchise, which is a part of the Caribbean Premier League. According to a report in Times of India, Khan’s company, Red Chilies Entertainment and KKR co-owners Juhi Chawla and husband Jay Mehta have invested in T&T franchise. Shah Rukh Khan, incidentally, isn’t the only celebrity owner of a team in CPL. TOI reports that Hollywood stars Mark Wahlberg and Gerald Butler also own Twenty20 teams featured in CPL. Wahlberg owns Barbados Tridents, led by Kieron Pollard, the uber-popular all-rounder from West Indies, who has been in sizzling form these past few years, playing for the Mukesh Ambani owned side, Mumbai Indians.
Gerald Butler, meanwhile, owns Jamaica Tallawahs, led by Chris Gayle, the flamboyant West Indies player, who plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore under captain Virat Kohli.
Times of India quoted SRK, saying: “This is in line with our vision to expand globally. We are thrilled to become part of the cricketing tradition of Trinidad & Tobago. The passion for franchise cricket in the Caribbean is evident with the success of CPL and we hope to bring all the best practices of KKR to the T&T franchise.”
Like KKR, T&T is also filled with some fiery cricketers like Dwayne Bravo, Kevon Cooper, and Darren Bravo. Pakistan’s Kamran Akmal and South Africa’s Johan Botha have been signed by T&T while KKR all-rounder and team mentor Jacques Kallis will also be a part of the franchise. Now that IPL has wrapped up, Caribbean Premier League is coming up later this month, starting on June 20 till July 206, 2015.
Castle to return for another season, minus Captain Gates
When it comes to crime shows, ABC’s Castle is still one of the best things on TV.

The show’s beautiful and heartbreaking storyline that revolved around the murder of Kate Beckett’s mother has been at the center of the show.
As more and more
fan-favourite shows have been coming to a series finale in recent years, (Breaking Bad, Dexter, Mad Men, Newsroom), it is a relief for fans that Castle is set to return for another season.
Despite rumours, it has now been confirmed that both Castle and Beckett have been signed on for another season. The shocking news, however, is the sudden departure of captain “Iron” Gates, from the series.
The role, played by Penny Johnson Jerald, is being dropped. Captain Victoria Gates joined the show in the fourth season and was as surprised by the boot from the show as fans. The actor took to Twitter and said, “To my Castle fans around the world, as of late yesterday I am surprised and saddened to learn that I will no longer be a part of the Castle family. Thank you all for your support and love. Hugs from PJJ.”
Penny Johnson Jerald, better known for her role of Sherry Palmer on 24, was a part of the show since season four and has featured in over 60 episodes. Whether the producers took her out of the show to create space for another actor or just a promotion for Kate Beckett remains to be seen but the upcoming season will, in all likelihood, be the final run for the show.
