Having played a prominent role in recently concluded and massively popular drama serial Mere Paas Tum Ho, Hira Mani was on a US tour for a special show with reference to the drama. One of her videos from the trip attracted a lot of backlash for not taking the coronavirus outbreak seriously but we haven’t heard from the actor after that.
Coming to her ongoing and upcoming drama serials, Hira is presently playing the protagonist in Ghalti and Mohabbat Na Kariyo (MNK) while teasers of her upcoming project, called Kashf, have started coming out. Featuring in and as Kashf alongside Junaid Khan, against whom she has been cast in MNK, she will be essaying the role of a woman with a nightmare disorder.
According to the teasers, Kashf fears falling asleep since that takes her into dreams she dreads seeing as they come true. She foresees what is going to happen to her loved ones. She even tries to harm herself so that she stays awake due to the pain.
Besides, there is a love sequence between Kashf and a man, played by Junaid Khan. However there is twist to it too, as the second teaser suggests, and she is likely to lose him.
Directed by Danish Nawaz of Khaas fame, Kashf is expected to go on-air soon.
