Zara Noor Abbas, who shot to fame with Khamoshi last year, and Asad Siddiqui, who has been associated with the entertainment industry for years, got married over a year ago.
Zara Noor Abbas, who shot to fame with Khamoshi last year, and Asad Siddiqui, who has been associated with the entertainment industry for years, got married over a year ago. Some of Asad’s recent works include drama serial Balah, Tawaan and Wajahat Rauf’s recently released web series Enaaya while Zara is gearing up for the release of her debut film Parey Hut Love.
The good news is that the off-screen couple is soon to appear together on the big screen for the first time. We got in touch with Zara to confirm the news and find out more details.
“Asad and I are doing a project together for the first time; it is Wajahat’s [Rauf] third film,” Zara revealed to Instep. “I am happy that it is a good, silver screen project that we working together on. We are playing lead roles in addition to Mehwish [Hayat] and Azfar [Rehman].”
Though Zara couldn’t disclose much at the moment because she is under a contract, she informed that the film is a love story that revolves around four people.
“I am sure viewers will like it,” Zara said, adding that she and Mehwish will be seen as sisters while the film will also feature Mehmood Aslam.
Earlier this year, the film was announced by Wajahat Rauf with a first-look poster featuring Mehwish and Zara. The untitled project will mark Rauf’s third film as a director-producer under his banner, Showcase Production.
