With the impressive teaser and first look poster of Ahsan Rahim’s directorial Teefa In Trouble out, expectations from the film have grown. Scheduled to release on July 20, the upcoming film stars Ali Zafar as Teefa and Maya Ali plays his love interest Anaya while it also features veteran actor Jawed Sheikh and Faisal Qureshi in pivotal roles.
Speaking to Instep at a recent event, Faisal Qureshi shared, “While I can’t reveal much about the film at the moment, I can tell you that it is an action comedy. My part has been mainly shot in Poland with Ali; when he comes to Poland I help him there.”
Reflecting on his experience of working with Ali Zafar, Faisal added, “It was so much fun working with him. Ahsan [Rahim], Ali and I have known each other for long but we worked together for Teefa In Trouble after a long time. The technical team in Poland is very good and it was very interesting to work with them.”
This will be Faisal’s first film post cinema revival in Pakistan; he appeared in a film with Fakhre Alam many years back. Given Faisal’s comic timings, we are sure he has an interesting character to offer. Watch out.
