The more one tries to brush aside issues that are of little to no importance, they keep getting bigger with time, thanks to social media. The controversy surrounding our very own Mahira Khan and Bollywood’s Ranbir Kapoor, owing to some of their pictures together that recently went viral, doesn’t seem to die down. While the two have already spoken up on the subject and have cleared the air, there are a few other celebrities who have come forward to share their views on the subject. The recent addition to the list is Ranveer Singh who is gearing up for the release of Padmavati next month.
“Everyone has their own interpretation; everyone has their own set of values,” Singh told an Indian publication. “Everyone has an opinion. You can hear them but you needn’t subscribe to them. At the end of the day, one should just live and let live and focus on more important things. Mahira [Khan] is a great performer and an entertainer. One should ideally just engage with her at just that level.”
Speaking about his own experiences, the Padmavati actor also shared how one needs to take the ‘good with the bad.’
“I can only speak about my own experience,” he added. “There are times when I’m at a certain place with certain people and I don’t want those private moments to be captured by anyone. You got to take the bad with the good. I get to do what I love to do and I make a lot of money, but some things are irritating and you’ve got to take them in your stride.”
