Actor-turned-host, Sanam Baloch has some remarkable TV projects to her credit including Durr-e-Shahwar, Kankar and the most recent Ek Thi Marium (telefilm) that aired in September of last year. However, it’s been a while since the actress made an appearance in any drama serial. The latest news surrounding the actress suggests that she is all set to return to the world of TV dramas and that too alongside some big names.
Baloch’s small screen return has come in the form of a drama called Istekhaara in which she is sharing screen space with Fahad Mustafa, who is currently shooting for Nabeel Qureshi’s Na Maloom Afraad 2 in Cape Town, South Africa. The two actors previously worked together in 2013’s Kankar.
Apart from these two prolific stars, another credible name attached to the project is that of actor-director Sarmad Khoosat, who was honoured with the Pride of Performance award by the government of Pakistan earlier this year. He too is gearing up for at least two more dramas this season including one on child marriage called Mujhe Jeene Dou that also stars Gohar Rasheed, Hania Amir and Nadia Jamil in pivotal roles.
