Victory Speech
At $4000 from Italian design-house Ralph Lauren, Trump’s flowing white single shoulder gown was indeed a sight to behold at her husband’s victory speech. Trump stood behind her son, Barron and looked suitably poised. She kept her signature hair style, highlighted tresses lightly tonged and artfully framing her face. There was no bold red lip to ring in the occasion but a high shine dusty rose lip colour.
Third Republican Debate, Colorado
In what shall be the only inject of colour on this list, Trump styles her pristine white jumpsuit with a baby pink trench coat for her husband’s last pow-wow with his now vanquished competitor, Hillary Clinton. Trump tied her flowing locks into a effortless tousled pony and had lips to match her coat. She carried a quilted Chanel classic chain bag with a chunky gold watch adorning her wrist. For whatever it’s worth, the first lady knows how to throw a chic outfit together.
Republication National Convention
On July 18th, Melania Trump joined her husband as he accepted an astonishing nomination to run for the Presidency of the United States. She walked on stage in a white dress with Victorian sleeves by Roksanda and added Piagelle pumps by Christian Louboutin to complete her look. Her hair was long and flowing, as she generally prefers to style it and her makeup featured a neutral lipstick with emphasis on the eyes.
Time 100 Gala
On what was sure to be one of the more light-hearted events she attended this year, Melania accompanied her husband to the Time 100 Gala in April in a Thierry Mugler gown with a deep side slit and cut outs. She showed off a fabulously toned leg and looked relaxed as she posed for paparazzi on the red carpet.
