Several actors in Pakistan have managed to find a balance between acting on the big screen and the small screen with skill. One such name is that of Feroze Khan. After making his film debut with Anjum Shahzad’s romantic drama Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hay earlier this year, Khan is all set to return to the small screen with the upcoming drama serial, Aik Pal. In the series, Khan is essaying the character of Arish, who is the male lead opposite one Ayesha Khan.

“It’s a very exciting story,” Feroze told Instep in a recent interview.  “It has a lot of twists and turns.”

Khan refrained from revealing too many details about the upcoming saga just yet. “It’s too early to talk about it right now as it will air sometime in January, next year.”

However he did say that the character he’s playing is very interesting and that it’s been just four days since he started shooting for the play. “I’m playing such a character for the first time; it’s something I have never done before,” he said.

Feroze has appeared in three TV plays including Chup Raho, Tumse Mil Kay and Gul-e-Rana. Aik Pal is his fourth TV venture and with the success of ZKHH behind him, it has the potential to become huge.

The play, directed by Furqan Khan and written by Sameera Fazal also features actors Ramsha Khan and Zara Tareen in prominent roles.
