While fans and followers of the serial are still trying to figure out of what’s going to be the end result of Mannu, Sallu, Jeena and Mikail’s lives, actor Gohar Rasheed, who plays the brash Mikail, is already letting go of his wardrobe. Given that he has only recently made a comeback on Mann Mayal, he could’ve really made use of those clothes but it seems he has found a better place for them.
Jokes aside, according to a press release, the young actor will be auctioning his character’s clothes to raise funds for children suffering from Down syndrome. Gohar has been associated with the Karachi Down Sydrome program for two years now and this is his way of creating awareness regarding these children, who are often discriminated in our society. “I am honored to be a part of this auction and to do something for these children and I hope everyone to be a part of this auction and raise money for Karachi Down Syndrome,” Gohar said in a press statement.
