July is proving to be a stellar month for sequels. Star Trek Beyond has opened to fantastic reviews and Jason Bourne is waiting in the wings. And now we have an update on another equally thrilling franchise: Fast and the Furious 8.

Fast 8, the sequel to Furious 7 and the first film to not feature Paul Walker since the reboot of the franchise, will feature new entrants like Helen Mirren, Scott Eastwood and Charlize Theron as the film heads into a trilogy series that will end with the tenth and final film.

With production underway, new details from the sets are coming out. Among them is the story of Dwayne Johnson’s character Hobbs, who is heading to prison in the upcoming saga. Though it’s unclear how long his stint in jail will last, the actor took to Instagram and shared a picture of himself in a jumpsuit. Apparently, it will be the “prison scene of all prison scenes” said the actor.

Straight Outta Compton director F. Gary Gray has replaced Justin Lin as director while the film, shot in Cuba and Iceland, will be centered in New York this time around.
