Bhatt will not be romancing Khan in the film but will be seen dating multiple men who have their own perspectives on life. “In her (Alia) quest for muses she ends up dating different men whose perspectives on life eventually reflect in the film,” Pinkvilla reported. On the other hand, Khan’s role is said to be integral to the narrative and not just a cameo. “He (Khan) offers her a completely different take on life and becomes her inspiration.”

The film also stars Bollywood actors Aditya Roy Kapoor (a furniture dealer), Angad Bedi (a restaurateur), and Kunal Kapoor (a film producer) alongside Zafar (a musician) who will play Bhatt’s love interests. While it is confirmed that Bhatt and Khan will be shooting for the final phase, it is not known if these actors are also a part of this schedule. Reportedly, they will come together for an important sequence in the film.

Shinde also directed English Vinglish that resonated quite well with audiences all across. Produced by Karan Johar, the official announcement of the film’s title and the release date will be made soon.
