American television reality star Bethenny Frankel announced that she is now engaged to her new flame.
Local media confirmed on Tuesday that The Real Housewives of New York City alum is now engaged to Paul Bernon. She started her relationship with Paul in 2018 following the death of her boyfriend Dennis Shields.
In September 2019 when the 50-year-old reality star celebrated their one-year dating anniversary, she told People, "Things are wonderful." She continued, "He's a good person who I love."
"I don't know if it's a yin to my yang, but he's really relaxed, he's mellow and he's very, very funny," she said.
She also praised his family, saying, "He has a really nice family too; I'm very close to them."
In a sweet tribute post on Instagram marking the relationship milestone, the Skinnygirl mogul noted: "Having such a supportive and loving partner makes me a better person & inspires me to achieve the impossible." In the photo, she can be seen sitting on the edge of a boat along with Paul Bernon. "Happy Anniversary! I love you and thank you for the most beautiful year!"
Bethenny Frankel also celebrated Bernon's birthday in July 2019, tributing him as "a brilliant, sweet, beautiful, kind, hilarious person" who has "enriched my life immeasurably."
Bernon also celebrated her birthday in November 2019, with kind words on his personal Instagram, "You have brought me true happiness, and I'm so lucky to have you in my life."
Paul also showered his love for her on Valentine's Day. He posted the photo of themselves together with a caption: "Happy Valentine’s Day, ILY."
