MIRAN SHAH: At least 43 terrorists were killed in air strikes by security forces in North Waziristan, according to Inter Services Public Relations.

The ISPR statement says, 28 militants were killed in Gharalamai and 15 in Shawwal area in the strikes carried out by jets of Pakistani security forces.

On Wednesday, at least 10 terrorists were killed in Pakistani security forces’ air strikes in Shawal Valley.

Pakistani jet fighters also destroyed several militant hideouts in the strikes.

The strikes were carried out as part of the ongoing military offensive Zarb-e-Azb to rid the country of terrorists. Hundreds of militants have been killed in NWA and Khyber Agency near the Pak-Afghan border in similar air strikes during the last few weeks.
