LARKANA: Former president and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has warned that his party will soon oust the government of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Addressing the public gathering to pay tribute to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in Garhi Khuda Bux here Thursday, Asif Ali Zardari without naming Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Imran Khan said, “Time has come to send them packing. Will take this fight for the country and oust them from the parliament.”

The price of everything has doubled, he said and added that the life of poor people of the country has become miserable and they don’t have feelings for the poor.

The former president said, “I had already said their (PTI government) main target is 18th government.”

He asked the people to be prepared for March towards Islamabad. “Be patient, we will announce a campaign soon to bring this government down. We will not stage sit-in like them (PTI) and will continue sleeping on the roads till they resign.”

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

Addressing the gathering, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also lashed out at PM Imran Khan and his government.

Bilawal said, “PTI government has done nothing with sincerity except lying.”

He said PTI government launched inquiries through National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to scare PPP leaders, adding that NAB is taking revenge instead of accountability.

Bilawal said, “The stories of Benami (fake accounts) are just stories and allegations.”

Paying rich tribute to ZAB, Bilawal said today is the 40th martyrdom anniversary of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. 40 years back today the person who gave Constitution to Pakistan was murdered, he said.

Bilawal went on to say, “They (PTI and Imran Khan) say Pakistan has become bankrupt due to 18th amendment. The Benami Prime Minister does not know strong provinces are the sign of strong federation.”

Bilawal added they (federal government) does not want Sindh but want to grab its gas, water and other resources.
