KARACHI: Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi on Monday seemed to advise PTI leadership to work as team setting aside their differences after Shah Mehmood Qureshi fell out with Jahangir Tareen by criticizing him publicly.
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi criticized Jahangir Khan Tareen for attending official meetings of the party and providing the opposition an opportunity to launch attacks on government.
As the social media users discussed the implications of the rift between the top leadership of the party, Shahid Afridi also expressed his views by posting a tweet in which he tagged Prime Minister Imran Khan, Finance Minister Asad Umar, Jahangir Khan Tareen and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
In his Twitter post, the flamboyant all-rounder wrote an acronym for word team . "T-together, E-each, A-Achieve, M-more", he wrote with the hashtag "HopeNotOut.
