ISLAMABAD: Leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazl) Maulana Fazl ur Rehman came out on Saturday saying that the opposes the existence of militant organizations in Pakistan.
The Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal leader during Geo News’ show Jirga urged for a closure of non-state militant groups while calling for them to become mainstream as well.
Moreover, he went on to say that Pakistan People’ Party (PPP) co-chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari should be allowed to conduct politics while also lauding him for possessing an ‘ideal’ narrative.
He went on to state that he has asked PPP leader Asif Ali Zardari to bring Bilawal under his mentorship as he has already learned a lot from him.
