LAHORE: The Lahore High Court on Tuesday ordered the government to remove name of Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharfi from the Exit Control List (ECL).
A division bench of the Lahore High Court heard the application filed by the PMLN leader through his lawyers.
Sharif's lawyer told the court his client was cooperating with the National Accountability Bureau in the cases against him.
He said Sharif has appeared before the NAB in every inquiry.
The lawyer requested court to remove Shehbaz Sharif's name from the ECL so that he could travel abroad to meet some of his family members.
