NEW DELHI: The Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi, India celebrated Pakistan Day with immense zeal and fervour, a video shared by DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor's personal account shows.
Pakistan Day reception was held in New Delhi last night to mark the special day that has gone down in history as one of the groundbreaking events which laid the foundations of a separate homeland for Muslims in 1940.
The representatives of the high commission are seen in the clip hailing 'Pakistan Zindabad' with high spirits in unison while singing the national song released by Pakistan army's media wing.
In another post, a picture of defence attaches of different countries standing alongside each other to participate in the event held in New Delhi last night was also shared by Major Asif Ghafoor.
Meanwhile, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi messaged PM Imran to extend felicitations on account of Pakistan Day.
Modi extended his greetings and best wishes to the people of Pakistan on the National Day of Pakistan, Imran Khan said.
