"Northern and North Western parts of Karachi can receive heavy rain," Geo News quoted the Met Office as saying.
The rain is also expected to increase water level in Hub Dam, said a weather expert while talking to the TV channel.

A new weather system had entered the country on Sunday night causing downpour in the federal capital and adjoining areas. However, the next morning and the subsequent daytime saw light rainfall. The weather remained overcast.
According to a weatherman, the rain-bearing weather system is likely to further intensify on Tuesday evening or night and will last until Friday. He said widespread rain-thunderstorm with few moderate to scattered heavy rainfall was expected in Balochistan and at scattered places in Sindh from Tuesday evening to Thursday, and in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir from Tuesday evening to Friday.
