With social media recently being flooded with reports of tensions rising between love birds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor on Valentine’s Day, the former has addressed the buzz revealing that the two were definitely ‘Valentining’ that day.
Speaking to the Asian Age, the 25-year-old Highway star refuted all claims about the reported tiff between her and her beau Ranbir saying the two had time to celebrate the day despite the release of latest film Gully Boy on the same day.
“I was definitely Valentining on that day. Since I’ve been promoting Gully Boy, I had a late night and woke up late on Valentine’s Day. I was flooded with messages and greetings about our film along with some Valentine’s greetings and some marriage proposals from strangers as well,” she stated.
Talking about her co-star Ranveer Singh, the actor stated: “Valentine’s Day was also the release day for our film. So we tried to give each positive energy, helped each another get over our anxiety.”
She was further asked whether amidst the madness she found time for her boyfriend to which she stated: “There was time for Ranbir also, don’t worry.”
