14 death row convicts executed in Punjab, Balochistan
LAHORE: Fourteen condemned prisoners were sent to gallows while hanging of one was delayed till April 25 in Punjab and Balochistan on Tuesday morning.

LAHORE: Fourteen condemned prisoners were sent to gallows while hanging of one was delayed till April 25 in Punjab and Balochistan on Tuesday morning.
According to details, two convicted prisoners were hanged to death in Kot Lakhpat Jail. Sources said convict Allarakha had killed Tufail in Qasur in 1996.
Two prisoners were sent to gallows in district jail Sialkot. Luqman and Salim had sexually assaulted a girl in 1999.
Separately, one condemned prisoner was executed in Central Jail Sahiwal.
Three were hanged in central and district jails of Faisalabad. Nizamuddin and Muhammad Yasin were convicted of killing three persons each in 1998 while Azam had killed seven people including mother-in-law and father-in-law in 2004.
Three prisoners were hanged in Central Jail Gujranwala, one in Central Jail Multan while two in Central and district Jails in Mach.
