Aisha Khan's wedding celebrations kick off in full zest

Following the news of her retirement from the entertainment industry, Pakistani actor Aisha Khan had announced the news of her tying the knot earlier this month and now the wedding festivities have finally kicked off.

After the commencement of the 35-year-old retired actor’s wedding celebrations, her pictures of from mehndi function had started circulating online which had left everyone dazzled.

The ‘Waar’ actor was donned in a white, floral lehenga and a maroon choli, color coordinating with her husband-to-be Major Uqbah Hadeed.

Aisha’s ‘Mann Mayal’ co-star, Pakistani heartthrob Hamza Ali Abbasi was also present in the mehndi function along with other luminaries of the showbiz industry.

Aisha had made the announcement of her engagement in the recent past, affirming rumors, stating: “My fiancé and I are overwhelmed with all the love and prayers that have poured in thus far. I had made my announcement to leave my media career as I now prefer to stay away from the limelight. We got engaged last year and have known each other for several years before. We would request privacy from here on and expect everybody to respect our decision of keeping our wedding a small family affair. Please remember us and our families in your prayers!”
