Pakistan wins today, says Army Chief
Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Sunday felicitated Islamabad United on winning the title of Pakistan Super League third edition (PSL-3) after defeating Peshawar Zalmi here in Karachi.

Admiring the successful staging of the Pakistan Super League final in Karachi, General Bajwa said that "Pakistan won today". He also lauded Karachiites for showing exemplary discipline during the mega event.
General Bajwa said;"Nothing can defeat our National spirit", adding that the day was full of excitement and national spirit.
Army Chief lauded Karachiites for showing exemplary discipline during the grand finale as the cricket has returned in the port city after nine years.
Tight security blanketed Karachi's Jam-packed National Stadium but the game went off peacefully with Islamabad United beating Peshawar Zalmi by three wickets.
Meanwhile, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor said that the terrorism imposed on the Pakistani nation was on its way out.
He added; "PSL Final brings more lights to 'City of Lights'. Thanks to PCB, foreign players, government administration, security apparatus and the resilient Pakistanis".
