Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan turns 53

MUMBAI: Superstar Aamir Khan, who is busy in shooting for his mega project "Thugs of Hindostan", turned 53 on Wednesday.

Undoubtedly, his crazy following in the two most populous countries, India and China have made him a global superstar. His excited fans have started talking about his birthday and shared thousands of greetings to their beloved actor who has been an icon of Indian film industry for years.

AS far as his films are concerned, Dangal and Secret Superstar have reportedly made millions of rupees in China.

Khan  is admired for his work and have a crazy fan  following in India,  China and other parts of the world yet he never called himself  a  superstar!
