Highly applauded Pakistani actress Aisha Khan has left all taken aback after she made public her unforeseen decision to quit the media industry.
The 35 years old artist, in an appreciative post shared on Facebook and Twitter revealed her decision to call it quits with the media industry.
The public announcement expresses her gratitude towards her colleagues and well-wishers and touches on the subject of her next step towards the new phase in her life. The grounds of the decision, however, remained ambiguous.
The Waar actress also offered an apology to her co-workers for declining new projects coming her way since 2016.
“I would also like to let my colleagues and friends know about the limitation that I might have had in accepting new projects since 2016 out of which a few scripts stayed with me for a long time. My apologies,” stated the message.
Aisha has been a vigorous component of television screens as well as silver screens with her most notorious projects being ‘Mann Mayal’, ‘Mehndi’, ‘Parsa’, ‘Waar’ and ‘Jawani Phir Nahi Ani.’
