Two young beachgoers in Chile made a 66-foot-long dead bluewhale the target of cruel graffiti art and carved out their names on its carcass.
According to experts, the poor animal recently washed up ashore on a beach near Punta Arenas.
Soon after, people started clamoring atop the whale for selfies and took pictures that angered the social media for showing disrespect and insensitivity towards the deceased animal.
A twitter user posted about how the whale was hurt by people repeatedly:
Furthermore, marine mammal expert Anelio Aguayo revealed that the blue whale ended up on the beach after it died of starvation.
