Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited – The Largest Automobile Manufacturer in Pakistan has launched 4 New Products, Cultus (Auto Gear Shift), Mega Carry, GR 150 and GSXR 600 in an event held at Pearl Continental, Islamabad on the 4th December 2017. All 4 New Products reaffirm Pak Suzuki commitment to deliver state of the art new technology with quality, durability and reliability to its customer and further strengthen their trust on Suzuki brand from decades.
Let’s review all new launches to see how Pak Suzuki is strategically ensuring its market share in Pakistani Auto Market and will set very tough competition for new entrants in long run.
Most awaited Cultus AGS - Auto Gear Shift was revealed in the event and pleasant surprise was features what Suzuki calls the automated manual transmission or AMT. It includes an Intelligent Shift Control Actuator which does the gear shifting. Both the actuator and controller are coupled in the transmission which allows for smoother shifting while also letting drivers switch to manual transmission at will. The surprise reminded me of Mercedes A-3 AMT drive in England, now Cultus AGS - Auto Gear Shift is offering same in Pakistan, a gentle push Up-side or Down-side to operate manual transmission.
Suzuki Cultus AGS comes with a K Series K10B 12 valve 3 cylinder 1,000CC engine. It manages 50kW of power at 6,000 RPM and produces 90Nm torque at 3,500 RPM.

Pak Suzuki is pioneer in carry pickup category and with All New imported Mega Carry – which has a powerful 4 cylinder, 1500cc petrol engine, Pak Suzuki is all set to swap the domination of Shehzore in upto 1 Ton load category. MEGA CARRY has a deck that opens from 3 sides (365mm x 1670mm X 2450mm) to make loading more convenient for the consumers. The ground clearance of Mega Carry is excellent, and its Petrol tank capacity is 46 liters. It has seat-belts, two side mirrors and is equipped with 14-inch steel tires.
