YANLIANG: In Shaanxi Province of Northwest China, China's first domestically-built large jetliner successfully completed its latest test flight. It is called the C919. The flight lasted for 137 minutes.
The C919, built to compete with Boeing 737 and Airbus A320, is being officially tested for certifications.
If the plane enters the market, it will provide significant boost to China's aerospace industry. The plane is expected to start operations in 2020.
