ISLAMABAD: Uzair Baloch, Liyari gangster and former head of banned People's Aman Committee, made confessional statement to magistrate following his arrest on April 24 last year.
He admitted of his relations with renowned political persons and foreign agencies, alongside collecting millions in extortion from various institutions.
He further stated that he elicited Rs 20 million a month from fishiries only, adding he had recommended Saeed Baloch and Nisar Morai's appointment there.
He also admitted he had used his relations with Zulfiquar Mirza, Qadir Patel and Yusuf Baloch to have SHOs of his choice appointed to facilitate in his criminal activities.
He said, 'I knew Haji Nasir to be an Iranian spy', adding 'He arranged for the meeting with Irani secret agency'. He had confessed having snitched on Pakistani armed forces in Karachi and sharing information with Iranian spy.
While making his confessions, he shared security concerns of himself and his family, saying Asif Ali Zardari and others may cause harm.
