QUETTA: At least two people were killed and 11 others wounded in a roadside blast in Quetta on Monday.
Police said that explosives were found planted near the Saryab Bridge after which Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was called in, police officials said.
However, the blast occurred while BDS personnel were defusing explosives. The wounded persons were immediately rushed to a hospital.
A BDS official was also critically wounded, sources said.
