Meghan Markle makes first appearance in UK
Meghan Markle had a lunch with TV show host Ellen DeGeneres
Meghan Markle was seen on Monday for the first time since her arrival in the UK. A video showed the Duchess of Sussex meeting Ellen DeGeneres for a lunch at The Three Horseshoes near Burford, Oxfordshire.
The wife of Prince Harry made the public appearance amid speculation that Meghan Markle might not be in the UK.
Their meeting appeared to confirm earlier reports that Meghan Markle was in touch with the former US TV host before she moved to the United Kingdom.
The reports said that Ellen DeGeneres helped the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to find a place in the UK.
Meghan Markle’s lunch with DeGeneres coincided with Prince Harry’s appearance at WellChild Awards in London on Monday.
The couple was seen in public as the media remained focused on Charles Spencer’s book on Princess Diana.
The younger brother of the late Princess of Wales has levelled serious allegations against King Charles, sparking a rare reaction from Buckingham Palace.
