WAH CANTT: Four custom officials were killed in road accident while chasing smugglers on Islamabad Peshawar motorway near village Jando in limits of Taxila Police station in the early hours of Wednesday.
Motorway police sources told APP that a vehicle of Customs anti smuggling cell went off the road in a high speed and fell in a ditch.
As a result four persons died on the spot.
Reportedly the personnel were chasing smugglers when they met a fatal accident.
Sources told that Amir was driving the vehicle while constable Shakeel, Ijaz and Jameel were on board the four wheel drive.
Meanwhile hunt is underway with the help of Motorway Police to catch the smugglers.
