Karachi: Advisor to the Chief Minister on Labour, Saeed Ghani said on Monday that the issue regarding extending powers of Rangers will be resolved by Monday or Tuesday.
Speaking to media personnel in the Sindh Secretariat Office, the PPP Senator said that changes were being made and that corruption would be completely terminated from the province. He said that punctuality of timings would be exercised in offices and those ministers who do not report on time will be questioned.
Furthermore, Ghani said that the decision of extending the deployment of Rangers and their special powers in Sindh would be taken by today or tomorrow.
Former Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah won’t be nominating himself for senatorship, said Ghani.
Eventually, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah visited Sindh Secretariat in Karachi on Monday morning to check the attendance of employees and provincial Secretaries.
He expressed dismay over non-punctuality of some employees and warned them to strictly follow office timings.
Additional Chief Secretary Muhammad Waseem welcomed new chief minister Sindh, while Addition IG CTD Sanaullah gave the CM a briefing regarding the CTD and the special branch.
