Adam Levine is finally putting Maroon 5 fans out of their misery.
During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Maroon 5 frontman confirmed that new music is, in fact, on the way.
“I am gonna confirm the rumours are true,” Levine, 46, told host Fallon. “The rumours are correct. There are details. I cannot divulge all the details.”
What he could share was just enough to spark excitement.
“There’s a single coming at the end of the month-ish,” he teased. “An album is coming over the summer. Non-specifically around the summertime. And then, even more non-specifically, there is a tour coming in the fall-ish.”
The upcoming project will mark the band’s first album since 2021’s Jordi. It follows a year of live shows, including an East Coast run and a Las Vegas residency that wrapped last October.
Levine has also returned to his roots as a coach on The Voice Season 27.
Speaking with People magazine ahead of the premiere, he shared why now felt like the right time to come back. “It was one of those moments where we started talking about it and it felt right… and it hadn’t felt right until now,” he said.
