Sydney Sweeney, ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino stay connected for THIS reason

Sydney Sweeney and her ex-fiance Jonathan Davino, who just broke up, have remained friends because of one connection that binds them together.

The 27-year-old actress and Davino, 41, have been working on the renovation of a property they bought together, which is still incomplete and they will continue building it together.

The Euphoria alum is “extremely passionate” about the “Bel Air fixer house” they bought together for $6.2 million in May 2023, according to an Us Weekly source.

The insider added that the couple has therefore remained friends because they are working on the renovation together.”

They went on to add that “This home was supposed to be their family home together,” and they haven’t yet decided what would happen to the property after the breakup.

Sweeney and Davino have “remained cordial,” they said, and the producer “understood her reasoning for calling off the wedding and them going their separate ways.”

The insider continued, “They have talked about selling the home once it is done down the line and are hoping to make a profit but haven’t made a decision yet.”

Although the Anything But You star could “buy Jonathan out if she wanted to,” she is already the owner of two homes.

“Sydney spends a lot of her time in Florida and has her other home in L.A. where she primarily lives and is comfortable in.”

This comes after the former couple were seen having lunch together at the Beverly Glen Deli, in Los Angeles. They reportedly spent an hour at the eatery before leaving together, and were then spotted walking her dog, Tank.
