Prince Harry protected by bodyguards after 'potential security threat'
King Charles youngest son rushed out of courtroom by his bodyguards after a chaotic scene
Prince Harry, who's in the UK for his case, was rushed out of courtroom by his bodyguards after a chaotic scene on final day of his legal battle over security protection with the Home Office.
The incident occurred when a woman disrupted proceedings before a private session involving security details could begin. Security staff shielded the Duke of Sussex as he left the Royal Courts of Justice.
The woman, called Harry's supporter, had attracted attention after arriving late to the public gallery.
Court observers reportedly noted she repeatedly shifted in her seat throughout the proceedings. The woman was seen fidgeting with two phones and a notebook, behaviour that caught the attention of Harry's security team.
Her actions prompted concern from Langdown and his colleague, who appeared anxious about a potential security threat during the.
The hearing concerned the Duke of Sussex's security arrangements in the UK. When the hearing adjourned, Langdown and the other bodyguard positioned themselves between Harry and the woman as they left the room.
As the Duke passed within touching distance, she suddenly shouted what appeared to be "I support you Prince Harry".
After Harry was hurried out, the woman turned to the press gallery and declared: "If you're members of the press, you're the reason he's not in England."
She was kept aside by court security before being led out of the building. Only after she had been removed did the Duke return for the secret session.
