Shah Rukh Khan's son makes statement with 'The Ba****ds of Bollywood' casting choices

Bobby Deol and Raghav Juyal are reportedly not set to play negative roles in Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, The B****ds of Bollywood.

The Animal actor, who has garnered widespread recognition for his negative role in the action/crime film, has opted for a more positive character in the upcoming Netflix series.

Similarly, Raghav Juyal, who received critical acclaim for his negative character in Nikhil Nagesh Bhat’s Kill, has also decided to take on a different role this time.

A source close to the development shared, “It’s a deliberate creative decision to cast Bobby and Raghav against type. In recent times, both of them have built a reputation for playing brooding, powerful antagonists, so watching them in completely new avatars will be a refreshing change for the audience.”

Aryan, 27, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is all set to make his mark in the film industry with his first project.

This comes on the heels of the Dilwale star unveiling Aryan’s directorial debut series in an exclusive video.

The Ba****ds of Bollywood, produced by Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment, delves into the world of Indian cinema, featuring unforgettable cameos.

For the unversed, the upcoming series is expected to be released in June 2025.
