Abhishek Bachchan admits Aishwarya Rai's 'I want to talk' calls give him the jitters
Abhishek Bachchan's hilarious reaction has fans in splits
Abhishek Bachchan is offering a glimpse into his personal life with a candid confession about his wife, Aishwarya Rai.
The I Want to Talk star, who won Best Actor at the Showsha Reel Awards 2025 for his performance in the film, garnered attention for his humorous remarks during the show.
Reflecting on the film’s title, Arjun Kapoor, who was hosting a segment, asked the Dasvi actor about the person whose “I want to talk” call stresses him out.
The 49-year-old star sarcastically responded with a smile, saying, “You’re not married yet… once you are, you’ll know the answer.”
Abhishek, who has been married to the Devdas actress since 2007, further added, “When you get a call from the missus saying, ‘I want to talk,’ you just know you’re in trouble.”
Expressing gratitude to director Shoojit Sircar and his co-stars, the Indian actor said, “This is my first-ever Best Actor award. I owe it all to Shoojit da, who crafted such a beautiful film. I also want to share this with my on-screen daughters, Ahilya and Pearl, who were absolutely brilliant. They made me look good on screen.”
This comes on the heels of divorce speculation after the couple was spotted attending Anant Ambani’s wedding separately back in 2024.
On professional front, Abhishek and Aishwarya, who are parents to daughter Aaradhya Bachchan, have paired up for several projects, including Guru, Dhoom 2, and Raavan.
