Aamir Khan sends fans into a frenzy after admitting he's looking forward to working with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan on a joint project.
The Dangal actor, who last worked with Salman Khan on 1994's Andaz Apna Apna, discussed the possibility of working with Shah Rukh Khan on a film.
According to News Agency ANI, Aamir Khan confirmed at the Red Sea Film Festival in Saudi Arabia, where he was recently honoured, that he, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan have already discussed the idea.
In response to a question about collaborating with the King actor and Dabangg star, the actor explained, "About six months back, Shah Rukh, Salman, and I were together, and we did speak about this.”
Aamir, who was last seen in an adaptation of Robert Zemeckis' Forrest Gump, Laal Singh Chaddha, revealed how his idea was perceived by the two leading Khans in the film industry.
He continued, "I was the person who brought this up and told Shah Rukh and Salman that it would be really sad if the three of us didn't do a film together.
“I think Salman and Shah Rukh were equally in agreement and were, 'Yes, we must do a film together. The three of us.' Hopefully, it will happen soon. It will need the right kind of story. So, we'll have to wait for the right script. We are all looking forward to it."
On professional front, the actor is gearing up for his upcoming film Sitaare Zameen Par, featuring Darsheel and Genelia Deshmukh in the lead roles.
