The 47-year-old rapper appeared to snooze as he was photographed in the passenger seat of a vehicle on Tuesday.
While his 11-year-old daughter North sat in the passenger seat of a second vehicle as they arrived at a warehouse in Los Angeles.
North was later taken into the venue by a nanny, as per the photographer.
The Carnival rapper’s meeting with his daughter comes over her mother, Kardashian took legal action against him.
Last week, the disgraced rapper released a song, Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine, which featured his daughter, as well as Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The reality star tried to stop the song being released because of Diddy’s legal drama, and the charges of sexual trafficking against him, but Ye went ahead and released the song.
A source informed Page Six, “Kim’s priority is the well-being and safety of her children and to protect them from being around Kanye’s controversial behavior.”
The Skims founder is reportedly trying to change her custody agreement with the rapper, after the ordeal.
“Kim has had enough, and she’s done trying to be reasonable with Kanye when it comes to communication,” an insider told the outlet.
