Katy Perry revealed a major step she has decided to implement during her upcoming Lifetimes Tour.
Inspired by her daughter Daisy, the Roar singer told the host in an Access Hollywood interview that she would schedule earlier concerts.
"She’ll [her daughter] be there for part of it, but I think what I’m really going to implement is an earlier time show," she says of her daughter’s attendance at her upcoming tour.
The Dark Horse singer explained that entering motherhood after her now four-year-old daughter has made her realise the "different variables and layers of bringing your kids to the shows."
"Sometimes those shows are on weekdays, and they go to school the next day, and they probably will have some sugar at the show," the mother of one continued. "And they’ll be with their friends, and everybody will be super excited, so it’s going to be an 8:30 show."
The Firework singer has decided on a new time slot considering the motherly duties, including putting a baby to sleep at night.
She expressed that before becoming a mom, her "vibe" was typically to start shows at 9:00 or 9:15.
Perry, 40, welcomed her daughter Daisy with her long-time fiancé Orlando Bloom in August 2020, after the two got engaged in February 2019.
