Jenna Johnson has recently bid farewell to 2024 with a heartfelt note and stunning recap video on social media.

On January 1, Jenna took to Instagram and posted a video sharing beautiful snippets of her life with one million followers.

In the clip, the So You Think You Can Dance alum could be seen celebrating her life with friends and family in the last year.

Captioning the post, the 30-year-old thanked 2024 and called it a “magical year”.

“There were ups and downs, laughter and (many) tears, but overall, you were one of my favourite years yet,” said Jenna.

In the end, she added, “Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

Earlier in November, Jenna made headlines after winning Dancing with the Stars Season 33 alongside her partner Joey Graziadei.

Jenna, who is a professional Latin and ballroom dancer as well as a choreographer, has won several dancing championships including U.S. National Latin Champion, U.S. National Youth 10 Dance Champion and National Contemporary Winner.

Not only that, she also represented the United States at the World Latin Dance Champions in 2012.

Interestingly, Jenna came into the limelight after she joined SYTYCD season 10 as a finalist. Although she was eliminated from the show, she finished up within the top eight.

Later, Jenna joined as a troupe member on Dancing with the Stars from season 18 to season 22. But from season 23, she became a professional dancer.

The celebrity has been associated with the show for eight seasons and even participated as a dance in four of the Dancing with the Stars: Live! Tours.

Jenna Johnson’s personal life and family

Jenna, who was born on April was born on April 12, 1994, in Los Angeles, California, first started dancing at the age of three. She is trained in ballroom, ballet, jazz, contemporary and hip-hop.

Jenna tied the knot with husband Val Chmerkovski in 2019. The couple met for the first time on the sets of DWTS in 2014. The couple share one child.

On the professional front, Jenna and her husband earned a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Choreography for composing two waltz routines during season 32 of DWTS.
