Prince William and Kate’s super secret plans for Princess milestone
Princess Kate's 43rd birthday carefully curated amidst royal caution
As the Royal Family recovers from an “incredibly tough” 2024, all eyes are now on how Princess Kate will mark her 43rd birthday on January 9.
While there are no official statements or public plans, sources have confirmed that Prince William and Kate are "being very careful" in how they celebrate the occasion.
After a year full of royal challenges, the couple is expected to plan their celebrations with utmost consideration, taking it "step-by-step."
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams shared with GB News that the couple has been meticulous in their planning, hinting that “absolutely no idea” has been given away on how the birthday will unfold.
"They’ve been very careful not to give too much notice and not to commit to anything," Fitzwilliams explained.
While there were early hints that the Waleses may have planned a trip to Italy, the logistics of such a holiday would need months of preparation—something difficult to arrange with Kate’s ongoing recovery from her cancer treatment.
As she told fans last September, although her chemotherapy was successful, her recovery journey is still a “long way” off.
As for her royal duties, the Princess remains cautious but optimistic, ready to return to work but taking each day as it comes.
He summed it up: "Success in chemotherapy is one thing, but full recovery and getting back to her royal touring schedule is a different challenge. It’s all step by step."
