Kristin Cavallari reflects on ‘last 5 years’ of life, ‘my dating era’
Kristin Cavallari talks about dating and love life in ‘last 5 years’, ‘really fun for me’
Kristin Cavallari got candid on navigating her “dating” life in the past few years.
The actress opened up about her journey in the dating world during the latest episode of Bunnie Xo's Dumb Blonde podcast.
The Hills alum, 37, shared candid insights into her love life and how the past few years have been pivotal in helping her figure out what she truly wants in a relationship.
“People forget that the last 5 years have been my dating era,” Cavallari said, referring to the time following her 2020 divorce from Jay Cutler, with whom she was married for seven years.
“I always had boyfriends — I met Jay when I was 23,” she explained.
“I never was able to date and figure out exactly what I want and figure out myself through dating. And so that's what I've been doing the last 5 years, and that was really fun for me.”
Reflecting on her approach to relationships, Cavallari noted how her past dynamics shaped her experiences.
“It was a distraction,” she said, adding, “It was really easy. It just sort of naturally fit into my life. I said this on my podcast, but, you know, it's maybe selfish looking back, but I didn't really have to bend for [Estes] in a lot of ways. He just kind of fit into my life.”
The Very Cavallari star continues to prioritize self-discovery and growth as she navigates life and love in her 30s.
