Ananya Panday reveals ONE thing she has in common with Deepika Padukone

Ananya Panday is drawing parallels with Deepika Padukone as she opens up about a common trait between them.

During an exclusive interview with Filmfare, the CTRL actress addressed her experiences with angst and shared if she's ever struggled to find a breakthrough in her career.

Ananya detailed her on-set experience, describing herself as someone who wouldn’t hesitate to show people her ‘human’ side.

The 26-year-old expressed that when she later found out about Deepika Padukone's 'human' side, she felt inspired.

She told the outlet, “Because at the end of the day, people forget that… when you’re an actor, they think, ‘Oh, you don’t feel anything.’”

The Kho Gaye Hum Kahaan star further revealed that instead of holding onto baggage, she releases her emotions by crying.

Ananya and Deepika portrayed the role of sisters in the romantic film Gehraiyaan alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi, Dhairya Karwa, Rajat Kapoor, and Naseeruddin Shah.

On professional front, the actress is gearing up for a lot of exciting projects in 2025, including an untitled film with Akshay Kumar and R.Madhavan.
