Ananya Panday is reflecting on long-distance relationship amid dating rumours with alleged boyfriend Walker Blanco.
During an exclusive interview with Filmfare, the Kho Gaye Hum Kahaan actress, who's rumored to be dating Blanco following their joint appearance at the Ambani wedding, responded to a question inquiring about long-distance relationship.
Ananya emphasized the importance of space in relationships, noting that couples can usually handle distance, even if it means being apart for 45 days or, occasionally, up to two months.
The actress described long-distance relationships as "healthy" and elaborated further, “I think 45 days not meeting someone is good enough. I don’t think it is too bad. Two months is okay. Actually, distance does make the heart grow fonder.”
Although the 26-year-old didn't confirm her romance with the former model, now working at Anant Ambani's animal shelter Antara, she explained that it's precisely the space that makes the heart grow fonder.
The CTRL actress also opened up about owning herself without giving into the pressure and adapting to her partner’s interests.
Sharing her stance on the subject, she said that it’s important to achieve the optimum level of happiness without losing themselves in the process.
For the unversed, Ananya and her ex-boyfriend Aditya Roy Kapur ended their relationship back in May, after dating for two years.
