Aamir Khan's son Junaid to star in rom-com with Khushi Kapoor

Junaid Khan son of ace Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has just bagged another big role, but this time in a romantic comedy film.

Junaid will be featuring in film Loveyapa with Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi.

Both the actors will be marking their second films in their careers.

The all-new project is supposedly going to depict a modern love story having a relatable plot along with vibrant music and dreamy visuals.

Loveyapa was first announced on September 17 by director Advait Chandan. The rom-com is slated to release on February 7, 2025. 

He shared the big news in a post that read: “Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment announce the theatrical release of our film about love, likes and everything in between with Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan. Film to be Directed by Advait Chandan.”

Earlier today, the 31-year-old exclusively spoke about Kapoor in an interview and revealed that they both somehow share similar traits.

"Khushi and I are very similar in many ways; we are both introverts. She is a lovely person, always on time.”

Aamir’s son made his acting debut this year with Netflix film Maharaj. Meanwhile, the 24-year-old actress marked her first on-screen appearance by starring in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies in 2023.
