Keira Knightley has left fans shocked after she opened up about not wanting to watch her hit film Love Actually.
In a conversation on ITV’s Lorraine, the 39-year-old star stated, "It's amazing how the film just grew and grew, and it really has taken on a life of its own."
"It's so much a part of people's Christmas traditions which is absolutely amazing," she added.
Keira further revealed, "I've only seen it once, which has nothing to do with the movie itself."
The Black Doves actress explained that her decision to not wanting to watch the iconic Christmas romcom isn’t about the movie but rather just a usual habit of avoiding her own projects.
She mentioned she has only ever watched her work once, and expressed that it’s wonderful that the film has flourished on its own.
Fans of the actress’ filmography like Love Actually, Bend it Like Beckham, and Pride and Prejudice, have better chances of remembering the plot than the English actress herself.
Since its release in 2003, the Richard Curtis romcom has turned into a holiday favourite in the UK.
It is packed with stars like Colin Firth, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Emma Thompson, Liam Neeson, and more, offering a perfect dose of early-2000s nostalgia for its admirers.
