Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' sequel on cards?

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone might be returning with a sequel.

Fans have been speculating the second part of Ayan Mukerji ever since the production company, backing the movie, dropped a hint.

Earlier today, Dharma Productions shared a picture from the 2013 film featuring the four actors namely Ranbir, Deepika, Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapur from the romantic comedy.

The picture showcased the star cast standing on the top of a mountain enjoying the completion of their trek.

“Humein inse pyaar ho jaayega…phir se! #StayTuned.” (We will fall in love with them… Again!), read the caption.

This random post has created a storm on the internet with fans trying to break the code and figure out what the makers are trying to hint.

Expressing their curiosity, one of the users wrote: “Why am I assuming YJHD 2”, followed by crying emojis.

Another wrote: “Brooooooo is it what I am thinking”, “What is Happening”, asked one more curious fan.

Meanwhile, some fans are hoping that the makers aren’t teasing a sequel as they believe that the first part was a complete one and it did not require any other entry.

“Ad or re-release for sure, since we know such movies can never have more parts. It’s a complete movie, just don’t touch it or stretch it”, wrote a social media user.

Produced by Karan Johar, the adventure film released in 2013 and became a chart buster soon after it came out.
